Vietnamese Specialty Coffee Greater Seattle Area

nâuđá

Phin-brewed Vietnamese specialty coffee — popping up on your street corner you don't expect. Follow us on Instagram for our next pop-up.

Nâu Đá was founded by two kids from Vietnam—Thảo from the South and Yến from the North—who grew up with different regional coffee traditions but shared the same love for Vietnamese coffee culture. The name “Nâu Đá,” commonly used in Northern Vietnam, refers to cà phê sữa đá, or Vietnamese iced coffee.

One of the things we missed most about home was the authentic café experience: slow-dripped coffee, familiar flavors, and the sense of connection found in every neighborhood coffee shop.

Our coffee is sourced from a local, family-owned café and roastery in Thảo’s hometown of Dầu Giây, a small town about two hours from Sài Gòn. The rich, bold flavors and nostalgic atmosphere of that café inspired us to start Nâu Đá.

Today, Nâu Đá is our way of sharing a piece of home. Through every pop-up, catered event, and cup of coffee, we hope to spark conversation, build connection, and share the authentic flavors and café culture of Vietnam with our community.
